Me Before You

Thanks to Show Film First I was able to see Me Before You...first. Well okay not "first" but I got to go to an preview screening along with a packed cinema of other people who had been lucky enough to snag a ticket. This was a week or so ago and I have only just got around to writing up a review but I could not let time pass by without doing a review of it. This review will contain spoilers so read on at your own risk if you haven't read the book already. The film takes on a very challenging subject and presents it in very honest but romanticised way. Loot Crate

As I'm really behind on my blogs I will be doing 3 reviews in 1 post to save time and so in my catch up I can concentrate on posts to do with TV, Film and more! The May, June & July crates were stockpiled for the months I was working on my Hulkbuster and all the loot from them was finally released in one big go last week when I had the time (and space) to do so. However the month is coming to a close, Tough Mudder, Leeds Fest and work events are now out of the way so I can get back into the groove and catch up on posting. So this post as you might have guessed is going to be on the amazing August Loot Crate that I received about a week ago but held off looking at properly as I was busy. This months theme was Heroes. Theme As I said the theme for this month's crate was heroes. From the Loot (which I will come on to) to the ...

Loot Crate

This is going to be part of a running series of reviews I will be doing as I throw cash at the internet to get cool stuff. I can't quite remember how I stumbled across Loot Crate but I believe in a night of geeky madness I signed up to not 1 but 2 mystery box style companies that catered to geeks. Loot Crate was one of them and the first to arrive. I have to say it was well worth the money. What are they Basically Loot Crates are a treasure trove of geeky goodness for those who choose to subscribe (Looters). For a very reasonable price subscribers get sent a mystery box full of 6-8 hand picked items that are secret until delivered. These items include gear, snacks, toys, hardware, art, and other goodies from emerging geek and ...
